Hi, I’m Maria Tovilla, the owner and nail artist behind The Vibe Room, with over 7 years of experience in the nail industry.I created The Vibe Room to offer more than just beautiful nails. My goal is to provide a personalized experience where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and confident.Over the years, I’ve continued investing in my education and perfecting my craft, specializing in natural nail care, structured manicures, Gel-X, sculpted acrylics, and detailed nail art.For me, nails are a form of art and self-expression. Policies

Please review our policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment with The Vibe Room, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

Appointments
The Vibe Room is appointment-only. All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Please select all services and add-ons you would like at the time of booking so enough time can be reserved for your appointment.Late Arrivals
We understand that things happen. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule your service depending on the remaining appointment time. If the service can no longer be completed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited.Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are refundable when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.Same-day appointments and appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance are considered confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to the deposit policy if canceled or rescheduled.No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay future appointments in full.Service Changes & Add-Ons
Nail art, removals, repairs, extra length, specialty shapes, and other enhancements may require additional time and must be selected when booking whenever possible. Services requested during the appointment cannot always be accommodated.Existing Product / Removals
If you currently have acrylic, Gel-X, builder gel, or other enhancement product applied by another nail professional, please book the appropriate removal service. We need adequate time to safely remove existing product before beginning a new service.Nail Repairs
If you experience lifting, chipping, or another service-related issue, please contact us within 7days of your appointment. Repairs outside of this timeframe or damage caused by normal wear, picking, biting, or accidental breakage may require a repair fee.Health & Safety
For the health and safety of our clients and nail professional, services are performed only on healthy nails and skin. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if there are visible signs of infection, fungus, open wounds, inflammation, or another condition that may require medical attention.
The Vibe Room does not diagnose or treat medical nail or foot conditions, including ingrown toenails. Please consult a licensed medical professional or podiatrist when appropriate.Pedicure Services
Our pedicure services are waterless, meaning the feet are not soaked in a traditional pedicure basin. This allows us to focus on detailed nail, cuticle, and foot care using our waterless pedicure process.Guests
To maintain a calm, comfortable appointment environment, we ask that clients avoid bringing additional guests unless they are also receiving a scheduled service or arrangements have been made in advance.Children
Children who are not receiving a service should not accompany clients to appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.Refunds
Due to the time and products involved in each customized service, completed services are non-refundable. If you have a concern with your nails, please contact us promptly so we have the opportunity to evaluate and address the issue.Design Expectations
Inspiration photos are always welcome. Nail art is customized by hand, so exact duplication of another artist’s work cannot be guaranteed. We will create a look inspired by your reference while keeping it unique to your appointment.Right to Refuse Service
The Vibe Room reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe nail or skin conditions, inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, or circumstances that prevent us from providing the service safely and professionally.
